For the first time ever... Kinetic Centre Dallas is teaming up with multiple movement based companies... (of different styles, so there is a fit for everyone) ...for an UNDERGROUND, workout-based, health event!

will be there hosting a body-weight deadlift max rep competition!

will be hosting a 30 min Vary 8 Method sweat session!

CrossFit Rev40 will be hosting a max wall ball comp!

will be hosting a grip strength max out comp!

will host a single leg hop high score challenge (power and functionality)! is hosting an event and sponsoring the music for the event (so you know it will be poppin)! We also will have organic food, gifts and there will be prizes for the top competitors!

We will maintain social distancing rules and ask for all to follow personal health choices, including usage of masks and gloves.
This is an event to get everyone connected and witness different types of workout styles and competitions!

POD Fam!!.
We would like to start by thanking you all for sticking with us through these tough times. Your never ending support can never be overstated.

We’ve been getting a lot of messages inquiring when we will open again. That time is here!. We reopen tomorrow Monday May 18th. However, there will be some conditions for safety reasons. We hope you can understand.

POD Covid-19 operation rules.

1) Please be considerate and not visit the gym if you are not feeling well.
2) Max occupancy will be 7-9 people at a time. By scheduled time (scheduler will be available on website shortly )
3) Gloves are required. We also recommend using mask when safe. (Put mask on in between sets, if it restricts your breathing)
4) Please wash your hands and clean equipment BEFORE and AFTER your workout. We will have cleaning solutions and hand sanitizers at all lifting stations.
5) We will have signage across the gym in accordance with CDC and the state of Texas.
6) POD Management will frequently clean and disinfect all equipment. We will also monitor traffic. Please do not bring guest to the gym at this time.
7) POD will Open 4:AM and close by 10:00PM over the next 2 weeks
