Founded in 2019, the U.S. Soccer SheChampions Coaching Mentorship Program works to empower and advance female coaches through mentorship, professional development and leadership growth, while building a strong community of women in coaching.

After participating in the program in 2025, Coach Lana Van Deusen was invited back for the 2026 SheChampions Summit in Kansas City, featuring coaching education, performance sessions, leadership discussions, mentorship exchanges and exposure to the professional game.
