My man Menzel had to have a procedure on his foot recently that prevented him from putting weight on it, but he insisted on not letting it stop his progress. I came up with some exercise modifications and we got right back to it yesterday. He’s been committed to the grind since day 1 and won’t let a minor set back stop him. Proud of you bro!

Beast Alert! 🚨
For 2 months my client Terry worked hard to get cut and build strength! I challenged him to grind through the extra cardio sessions and power through each rep. Life definitely had its ups and downs, but he remained consistent with the workouts and nutrition along the way.
