If "weird” was the word for this season, "worth it" is definitely how we’re wrapping it up! 🏁
Between improving and expanding the farm, Nash playing baseball, watching our two best friend couples get married, and just the non-stop pace of life this summer, it felt extra chaotic and overwhelming at times. But through all the late nights, crazy schedules, and busy weekends, we wouldn't trade it.
Luckily, we saved the best for last! DJ closed out the season with his best finish yet at the Red Clay Classic🏆
Thank you to everyone who cheered us on, helped out, and supported us this year. Time to catch our breath (maybe?) and get ready for ice season🏁🤪 We look forward to what next season will bring in the race car, but definitely ready for a much needed break!

Friday night was championship night at Gondik Law Speedway🏁
Heat- 8th⬆️7th
Feature- 13th⬆️10th
DJ finished 4th overall in Superior track points!
Our besties are getting married in Wyoming next week so we figured it made sense to make another trip out to Electric City Speedway💁‍♀️
The car has been a little off the past month so DJ was nervous to bring it that far + there was a chance of rain.
Well, after a 16 hr drive & some adjustments to the car, it was worth the trek!
Heat-6th⬆️3rd
Feature-7th⬆️1st🏁
Electric City is a great facility & we appreciate all of the support from everyone there!

I’m a little late posting last week’s race results, it was a busy one!
• 8/14 FastLane Super Stock Series Race #5 @ Gondik Law Speedway
Heat- 2nd⬇️DNF (flat tire)
Feature- 22nd⬆️13th

DJ finished 3rd in the final Fastlane Super Stock Series! We would like to thank Dennis McCauley, John, Chris, and everyone else who made the series possible! An inane amount of work was put into the series to make it an incredible event for the drivers every year. It was one of our favorite parts of summer & will miss it dearly!
✨Fun fact✨ We just learned that DJ is the “ironman” of the 12 years of the series and raced the most races out of all of the super stock drivers!

After shredding a tire in the heat, it was definitely nice to have a good feature!
This past week were reminded of how lucky we are to have our people!
DJ had a little incident while working on the baler last week and lost the top of a finger🫠🤮 With 3 races and the fair this week, we were feelin a little stressed😅 Thank you to Timmy for coming over and helping get the car ready, Dylan for helping get the cows settled in at the fair while DJ got ready to race, and Jeremy, Jack, & Jeanne for the help with the car in the pits!
