It is with much consideration, that in light of the current state of the world, I will be canceling all Spin classes and limiting TRX classes as of tomorrow. The health and safety of our community is of utmost importance to me. I do not take this decision lightly, as I know how important exercise is to all of us, but I would rather err on the side of caution and prevention. I will keep you posted on any changes.
