Gratitude does wonders!
Share something great down in the comments! It doesn't matter if it's "big" or "small," I want to hear it. And when people see all of the gratitude overflowing, it will lift their Spirits and help them to find things to be thankful for in their own Life.

I'll kick off our Gratitude Cypher:

1) I'm thankful that last week, 3 people offered to help me with something, unsolicited.

2) I'm thankful that a stranger (Hi, Mr. Gary!,) took the time to stop and tell me that they thought I was "beautiful," and that I was "oozing Love and good vibes," especially because I wasn't feeling very beautiful or good vibey that day.

3) I'm grateful for the unexpected gifts I came home to yesterday.

Very early on in my career, one of my mentors taught me that you can never make yourself sick enough to heal a sick person or poor enough to help someone who is poor. The only way to help IS to ELEVATE, to BE what you are wanting to have and/or give.

If you want to heal a sick person, BE well.

If you want to help a "poor" person, BE abundant.

You CANNOT convince someone to appreciate you through MORE action when what you're already doing isn't enough for them to appreciate you. Stop emptying your cup on people who wouldn't pour water on you if you were on fire!

In case you didn't know or you've forgotten, YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN HAVING TO CONVINCE SOMEONE TO APPRECIATE YOU! Now, get out there and act like it 😉.
