Hello everyone, hope all is well. Just want to inform everyone that Barron and Tyler will be competing this weekend at two different venues on two different days. Tyler will start lifting on Saturday at the Will Rogers Memorial Center around 10:00. Barron will start lifting on Sunday at Double Tree (by Hilton Hotel in Arlington-1507 N. Watson Rd, Arlington, Tx.) The venues are charging spectators $37 for Tyler's competition and $20 for Barron's competition. They would enjoy you coming out to show them support. Miss you all. Hey everyone, hope all is well. I want to thank all the friends and fellowship I've experienced since I've been here in Texas. The Lord has called me back to LA California as a strength coach at a University. I am not selling my equipment from my gym. I plan on partnering with anyone who has a desire to be a gym owner and have their own business. God bless you all. On to the next chapter and mission the Lord has for me and my family. If you don't know my Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you really and desperately need to.

Hey Everyone, hope you all have been enjoying this pretty nice weather. If you have'nt heard already, I will be moving my gym to a different location. It will be in New Fairview, Tx. outside Justin, Tx. inside the Clutch Sports Complex. I will be starting there at 8; The new class times are:

Mon, Tuesday, Thursday=5:30, 8;30, and 9:30am, 4:00 pm (1 evening session.
Wednesday =8:30, 9:30 am, 4:00pm
Friday =5:30, 8:30, 9:30am ONLY
