FREE Pelvic Floor Workshop this FRIDAY at 6:15pm as we dig deeper into all things Pelvic Floor & Women's Health!

(& yes, this is still ON, we are confident the weather will cooperate and roads will clear up)

This workshop we will be covering Pelvic Floor 101 and how to make changes in your daily life to have a healthier and happier pelvic floor, but more specifically, how we can apply a few small changes to increase our performance at CrossFit whether in class, in a competition, or in our everyday life!

Come ready to workout as Coach Christine Wilson of Bloom Women's Fitness will lead you through teaching, hands on learning, and a workout to apply (& strengthen) your pelvic floor!

In just over a week we are beginning our next session of Bloom Bootcamp.
This is our 6-Week intensive focusing on strengthening and mobilizing your pelvic floor and the muscles surrounding them. If you’re pregnant, postpartum or struggle to jump or sneeze without peeing, then this class is for YOU🫵🏻

🤰CrossFit While Pregnant?? 🏋️‍♀️ CHECK OUT JULIE’S STORY!!

Julie started at Bloom Women’s Fitness classes in May 2023 and has grown to be a full time CrossFit OYL member ever since + through her pregnancy!

She started off intimated by watching her husband do CrossFit, concerned if this would be a good fit for her, or not. 🤔

She learned the basics of Pelvic Floor health (still only 2 years postpartum from her first kid), breathing, and healthy, safe movement for her through the journey of returning to workouts postpartum and into her new journey of a second child!

Julie & Josh changed their nutrition completely and are regular staples in the 9am class, rarely coming anything less than 4-5x/week & you can catch their daughter Avery always in the kids area + attending the OYL Tots program for ages 3-6!

When she found out she was pregnant again, she worked closely with Coach Christine doing 1-on-1s to ensure a safe pregnancy, learned different modifications, and
ultimately proved to herself it was possible!

Praying for a safe delivery any time now for Julie & a healthy return.👩‍🍼
