🏁‼️Colby’s Saturday Race Recap‼️🏁

Colby drew a 119 pill and started 4th in the heat race. Unfortunately, he got caught up in someone else’s battle, was pushed up the track, and the chain hopped off the gear again, ending his heat race in a DNF.

Dad/Crew Chief worked hard to get the kart back together, and Colby started 7th in the feature. He really showed off his talent and ability to adapt, working his way through the field and bringing home a 3rd-place finish!

After the weekend we’ve had, a podium finish felt like a win all its own.

A huge thank you to PC Motorworks for providing us with a competitive motor! Colby and Dad have already rewatched the race and are ready to make a few adjustments to find some more speed and make even more passes next time out.

‼️🏁 Friday Recap 🏁‼️

Colby drew a 142 pill last night. Crew chief forgot to add oil after washing recently so the motor locked up as he was pulling out for hot laps. We did a quick motor change and went out 5th in the heat race and finished 4th with an underpowered motor. He started 7th in the feature and spun to avoid a crash a little too late and knocked the chain off the gear on the initial start so his night ended in a DNF.

Dad unloaded last night and did a little more maintenance, woke up and got stuff out of the trailer and realized the motor mount holding the blown up motor had ripped from the wall.

We’re incredibly thankful to PC Motorworks for loaning us a motor for tonight. Racing can be humbling, but we’re keeping our heads up, saying our prayers, and hoping the bad luck is behind us.

Here’s to a fresh start and better results tonight! 🏁🤘🏼

Our racing family is built on supporting each other through the highs and the lows. Unfortunately, one of our racing friends suffered a trailer fire while traveling home from last weekend’s race, resulting in the loss of valuable race equipment and safety gear.

The Warhursts are always one of the first to step up and give back to their community, support others, and lend a helping hand whenever it’s needed. Now it’s our turn to give back to them.

🏁‼️250 Saturday Race Recap‼️🏁

Victoria Colatriano drew a 7 pill and started on the pole of the heat race. She led every lap and picked up the win! 🏁🔥

She started 2nd in the feature and brought home a strong 2nd-place finish. Victoria also lined up for the Dash for Cash against some of the toughest competition in the field, starting 5th and finishing 6th.

To top it all off, she picked up another win in her OI feature! 👏🏼🏁

We’re proud to have Victoria as part of our team. Her determination, talent, and willingness to take on any challenge make her a great representative for the sport!

Colby drew a 58 pill and started 3rd in the heat race. He worked his way up to 2nd, but a tough restart shuffled him back and he just couldn’t outrun the competition, and finished 3rd. Started 3rd in the feature and battled hard but came up one spot short, finishing 4th.

The crew chief has made a few adjustments, and we’re hoping our driver puts some pointers to work tonight. We’ve got another chance tonight—let’s get it! 🤘🏼🏁
