👯‍♀️ NATIONAL BEST FRIEND’s DAY ➡️ FREE Classes at CrossFit OYL on Monday, June 8th @ 5,6,9am + 12,4,5,6pm!! 🎉

Bring any friend, family, or foe to OYL for a fun partner workout that is appropriate for all skill levels including Beginner, Intermediate, On-Level, and Advanced!

RSVPs are required to ensure your spot in class + sign waiver ahead of time.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
1) General Group Warm Up (light cardio + stretching)
2) Specific Teaching (review all movements)
3) Strength (dedicated time to increase muscular power)
4) Partner Conditioning Workout (rowing + a movement with your legs + a movement with your arms😉)
5) Cooldown + extreme amounts of high fives & fist bumps!!!

Tues / Thurs - 10:30am

OYL Tots:
Tues / Thurs - 9:15am

At CrossFit OYL, our CF Kids programs (ages 7–11, & Tots 3-6) are built around real strength and conditioning — actual weightlifting, gymnastics fundamentals, and movement skills that carry over into every sport and every season of life.

Our coaches aren’t there to babysit or hand out participation ribbons. They teach, they correct, they develop. Every class has structure, real coaching cues, and progressions built for where your child actually is right now.

This isn’t organized chaos. This is coaching.

Kids in Haslet, Rhome, and Justin are building real strength, real confidence, and real habits — one class at a time.

EMOM 10:
20 Double-unders (20 Singles - Scaled)
+ 1 Barbell Lift

Weights are listed in the graphic.
Row of 10 barbells.
Complete this as an individual, add teammates scores together.
Jump rope first as a buy in (every single round).
Then lift the barbell.
Unlimited attempts.
Only one successful counts.
Sn**ches get you 3 points.
Cleans get you 2 points.
Deadlifts get you 1 point.

EXAMPLE:
Rounds 1,2,3 - Sn**ch
Rounds 4,5,6,7 - Clean
Rounds 8,9,10 - Deadlift
= 20 points total.
