At Hodag Den Boxing & Fitness, we teach more than punches…
We teach focus, respect, discipline, and confidence — the kind that carries far beyond the gym. 💪

Every session is built for kids ages 8–12, combining:
✅ Proper boxing fundamentals — stance, footwork, balance, and technique
✅ Fun bag work and mitt drills for coordination and timing
✅ Strength & conditioning made safe and exciting
