This mess is the aftermath of having the LMC2100 grooming machine up on blocks and flushing the transmission with almost 3 qts of cleaner and about 28 qts of transmission fluid. The machine, with a rebuilt transmission , went out of service after only about 3 hours last winter. The contractor who did the rebuild accidently hooked up the wrong lines and the transmission ended up with a lot of the wrong stuff going into it. Anyway we completed the correction this weekend plus completed some upgrades to the handbrake, shifter lever positioning, standby emergency electrical steering, spark plug wiring, and a new starter . We'll be doing a couple of new tires and standard grease job and it will be ready to go. The LMC1200 groomer had a steering problem resolved a few weeks ago. The BR275 Groomer is getting some speed control sensors and regulators replaced by the Prynoth field service reps in a couple of weeks. That will complete the pre season prep of our three grooming machines. Next up is completion of preseason prep work on the chairlift , completion of the new auxiliary stopping system on the rope tow, completion of Blue T Bar preseason prep and auxiliary intercom and then there snowmaking and the snowmaking system ..lots of good stuff happening there.
