🎣🇨🇦 Canada Walleye Adventure 2026 Recap 🇨🇦🎣

What an incredible trip to Ontario! We spent several days chasing walleyes, exploring remote waters, and enjoying some of the most beautiful scenery Canada has to offer. From early mornings on the lake to evenings around camp, it was exactly the kind of off-grid adventure we were hoping for.

A huge thank you to ** Jetboil⁠** for sending us a new cooking system to test during the trip. It performed flawlessly and made camp meals quick and easy after long days on the water.

We also want to thank ** St. Croix Rods⁠** for the new rod and reel setup. It handled everything we threw at it and helped us land plenty of fish throughout the week.

Some highlights from the trip:
🎣 Countless walleyes caught
🏕️ Several nights camping
🛶 Exploring remote lakes and shorelines
🌅 Incredible sunrises, sunsets, and scenery
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Time spent making memories

Alright friends — we owe you one. ❄️

We’ve been a little quiet lately, and that’s on us. So here’s the quick rewind 👇

We snuck away to Ely, MN for a few days to reset the mind and body. Think snowshoeing in -13° weather, frozen lakes, deep woods silence… then thawing out the right way in the sauna and hot tub. Exactly the kind of Northwoods reset we needed.

That time away wasn’t just about unplugging — it was about planning. We spent a lot of time mapping out 2026, dialing in where Up North Outfitters is headed, and how we can bring you better, more honest, more useful content.

This year, we’re committing to showing up more here.
