Intent Training Intent Training is a personal training business, with 1 member...me, Cari Meltzer. I also see private clients in the afternoons at their home gyms.

I currently work through IXL Health and Fitness and have private client at their private studios as well. My hours at IXL are generally 5 am-12 pm Monday -Friday and 7am-11am Saturdays. I also have worked with clients to create meal plans, customize fitness and nutritional plans, and simply to be their virtual cheerleader and fitness consultant.
