Weekly Schedule:
⚾ Tues/Thurs – 6pm: Throwing
⚾ Saturday – 11am: Hitting
💪 Plus: 2 strength sessions each week

We’ll begin by testing and recording your initial throwing velocity and exit velocity. From there, we break down your mechanics and build them back up—more efficient, more powerful, and more consistent.

Incredibly proud coach moment. This young man has been with me and our team since he was 9 years old. He works when no one is looking and has been a leader on our team. All those long sessions in the facility, even after football, basketball, etc., have paid off. Lake Erie got a good one. So excited to watch the next chapter is his playing career.
