was created in September 2011 to meet a growing need for "Low Cost High Result" physical fitness in our Community and to be the best and most affordable fitness option in the state of Ohio. I have been in the fitness industry for over 7 years as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Fitness Guru for 13 years in the United States Army, where I have received multiple commendations for Fitness Excellenc

e and Master of Fitness.. My staff and I are highly trained and highly knowledgeable individuals who will treat you with the respect that you deserve, while also challenging you to reach new heights in your quest for a greater level of fitness.
