Join us this summer for tons of challenging chess lessons, exciting games, and fabulous prizes. You'll improve your chess skills, meet new friends, and work out your most powerful muscle - your brain! Our clubs include fun team chess games (like Corner Chess), recess time (of course), snacks, tournaments, and puzzles. Each camper receives a T-shirt, trophy, and puzzle folder. We include all the materials necessary for your child to participate; however, full-day kids should bring their own lunch. The beautiful hanging baskets are once again on display along Main Street!

This year's baskets feature a stunning combination of Mini Famous Uno Calibrachoa Red, Verbena Lascar White, and Lobelia Magadi Dark Blue bringing vibrant color and seasonal beauty to our downtown. The red, white, and blue floral display was selected in honor of America 250 and serves as a festive tribute to this historic milestone.

To promote healthy growth and ensure the long-term sustainability of the flowers, City staff will be watering the baskets daily throughout the season. During watering operations, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation as crews work to keep the baskets looking their best. To help alert motorists when a lane is temporarily closed for watering, a 3-foot-tall by 5-foot-wide arrow board will be used to safely direct traffic around the work area.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and support. We hope you enjoy the hanging baskets and the added beauty they bring to Main Street throughout the season!
