•LIVE• coaching to challenge you through the 60-minute session, educate you on proper movement 🧠, and help you modify when needed. Each session has a different focus to ensure your body gets exactly what it needs throughout the week (including mobility & stretching)!
• Strength Training: Focused on isolating muscle groups. The sessions are broken into lower and upper body segments (push or pull workouts). Strength training is essential for correcting muscular imbalances, maintaining strong postural muscles, simply being STRONG 💥, and assisting in your weight loss goals. More muscle = more calories burnt at REST.
• Endurance Training: These sessions are designed to challenge your cardiovascular (heart & lungs)🫀🫁 and muscular endurance. An excellent burn for your whole body, inside and out! Work hard, and these sessions are guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level!
• Core Strength & Stability: Building foundational core strength will improve balance, provide injury prevention, and increase overall physical performance. This core circuit will not only push your obliques & abdominals to the limit, but it will also have you burning plenty of calories along the way! 🔥
