Mohawk Homeschool Rowing Association MHRA seeks to lead and train homeschool students in the
competitive sport of rowing to prepare them for greater responsibility and
discipline later in life.

We so proud of our athletes who competed at Youth Nationals this past week.

Leah Penny, in the Women’s Youth 1x placed 20th in the nation.

Veronica Penny, in the Women’s U17 1x places 21st in the nation.

Christian Penny, in the Men’s Youth 1x placed 6th in the nation.

We’re so thankful for all our Coaches and support staff for helping our athletes compete at this incredible regatta.

Another incredible weekend of racing has come to an end for Mohawk!

New York State Championships was an amazing experience for the whole team, with three boats qualifying for nationals as well as a state champion title taken in the Men’s Youth single.

We’re so proud of all our athletes who competed and are super excited for our further training and racing at nationals.
