Hey, boxing fans!!
Don’t forget our sparing session should be tonight at 9pm!!! However, the location where we had it last time was already reserved. Unless we find another place to have it we will have to cancel it!! Please let us know of any other options! We'll keep you all updated.
Keep up the good work and remember to bring your mouthguard!

Hey y’all!!
Two weeks have past and it’s that time to practice what you all have been learning in class!!! We will be holding the second sparing session of the semester tonight at 9pm in the Brigham’s Mill club house on the four floor! Same rules apply for those who have been coming for 2-3 weeks are welcome!! Please don’t forget your wraps and mouths guards.

Thank you all for your hard work and discipline in coming everyday each week!!

P.s. if you guys know of anywhere else we’re their is a place to keep having the sparing sessions message us!?

Hi everyone!! Just as we promised, the first sparing session for the semester will be tonight at 9:00-10:00pm at the Lodge yoga room next to the club house. Please if you have been coming everyday for the past 2 weeks or at least one day of the week for the past 3 weeks show up!! For those who are new, you are still welcome to come and see what a sparing session is. Please bring a mouth guard and your wraps, we will provide the gloves and head gear!! Thanks again for all the hard work. See you all there!

Good news: boxing classes start up again tonight (Jan 8). Same meeting times as last semester, Tue Thu @ 7:30-9:00pm. Time to start burning of all those holiday desserts!

The two push-up champions from our "Bring Sally Up" competition last night. They both survived for a full play off the song and 2 verses. Roughly 4.5 minutes of non-stop push-ups. They certainly earned those gloves.

We're doing our "Bring Sally Up" push-up contest tonight. Last man and woman standing gets a new pair of gloves.
