Mommy and Me Mommy and Me classes weekly - for more information please email [email protected] Mommy and Me classes are being held for 1 month- 3yr olds.

The younger class is a workout for the mothers and the older class is a body movement class for your children. The classes are affordable, fun and effective! Come join us!

Hey! So this week is our Hoedown party! This week is national square dance day so come in your boots and shirts at regular class time:) I will send you all personal invites.

I am sad to say we will not be having class today, I need to let my back rest a little. However we will be back to normal for stroller class on Tuesday. Have a great weekend, and enjoy the last of summer:)
