Hey everyone! Just a reminder that our Brazilian capoeira group will be having a little cultural show and rank advancement event today at noon at Smith Park in Rexburg. We are planning to be in the shade near the gazebo. If you want something to do today that is culture-rich and fun, we would love to see you there!

Monday Motivations!

The journey up the mountain is not just a steady upward climb. There are dips, curves, and winding roads. For me the most frustrating part of a hike is the switchbacks. I feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over. But, if I look at my progress, even though I'm on the same part of the mountain, I've always worked a little higher than before. Keep going! You'll make it!

Monday Motivations!

I tell everyone that Capoeira is my therapy. There is nothing else in my life that allows me to just let things go. Capoeira is a work out for my body and my mind. It is a creative outlet, and an awesome time with friends. You all are amazing! I'm excited to see you all in class.
