Our 2026 SPRING CHALLENGE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
We are excited to announce that our Six Week Stronger Together Challenge is starting May 18th!
Our challenge will run from Monday, May 18th to Monday, June 29th.
This program is designed for women who want real results without spending hours in the gym. You'll train in a supportive, small-group setting with expert coaching that focuses on strength, conditioning, and sustainable progress.
Whether you're just getting started or looking to push past a plateau, this program will meet you where you're at-and take you further.
The challenge includes:
* Unlimited access to strength & conditioning classes (morning, midday, and evening)
* Structured 6-week strength series
* Coaching on proper form and technique
* Goal setting + progress tracking (before and after measurements)
* Nutrition guidance (Macros included!)
* Supportive community + accountability
