Our 2026 SPRING CHALLENGE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

We are excited to announce that our Six Week Stronger Together Challenge is starting May 18th!
Our challenge will run from Monday, May 18th to Monday, June 29th.
This program is designed for women who want real results without spending hours in the gym. You'll train in a supportive, small-group setting with expert coaching that focuses on strength, conditioning, and sustainable progress.
Whether you're just getting started or looking to push past a plateau, this program will meet you where you're at-and take you further.
The challenge includes:
* Unlimited access to strength & conditioning classes (morning, midday, and evening)
* Structured 6-week strength series
* Coaching on proper form and technique
* Goal setting + progress tracking (before and after measurements)
* Nutrition guidance (Macros included!)
* Supportive community + accountability

Sending congratulations and so much love to you and your family, !!!
Christina gave birth to baby Wes a little over two weeks ago.
During her pregnancy, she worked out consistently 3-4 times per week, and attended classes up until 5 days before giving birth.
She prioritized daily movement, consistent nutrition, sleep and recovery.
On top of your photos being so impressive, your dedication to keeping active and staying strong for yourself and your two babies is the most inspiring.

These photos are a great example of why I always tell my clients to take pictures during their fitness journey.
The scale is never the only way to measure progress. Before and after photos are a great way to track your body’s response to a new strength training and nutrition regimen.
In just over a month (35 days to be exact 😉), this client lost 5lbs, 4.5 inches and 2% body fat.
Most importantly, she feels stronger and happier. Small wins and consistency are the keys to success!
