Join us for FREE outdoor yoga at Reston Station every Monday + Wednesday from 6–7pm, May 27–September 2. Classes are open to all levels and ages. Come move, breathe, and practice in community under the summer sky.

20 years ago, Beloved Yoga + Wellness began as a simple idea—born from a love of yoga and a friendship (and with a completely different name!)��In this reflection, shares how community (along with years of personal and professional growth) has shaped the studio, and how that evolution inspired our refreshed name, website updates and the new mosaic at this 20-year milestone.
