Best wishes to all members taking their Color Belt Examination tomorrow from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM!

Everyone is warmly invited to join us for Sahara's birthday celebration immediately after the examination.

Please note, the dojang will be closed on Sunday in observance of Labor Day.

Our Teej Celebration has been canceled due to the devastating natural disaster in our home country of Nepal. Our heartfelt prayers and deepest sympathy are with everyone affected.

Happy, Happy Birthday Once Again to Our Amazing ATMAA Warrior, Gabriella Tennier-Hogan (Gabby)!

Gabby is a two-time IITA World Championship medalist and the proud 2026 Gold Medal World Champion!

We wish you excellent health, endless happiness, continued success, prosperity, and the very best in everything you do. We are truly proud of you, and our entire ATMAA family loves you very much.

Gabby is a very special and inspiring member of ATMAA. Although she was born completely blind in her left eye and with limited movement on the left side of her body, she has never allowed these challenges to define her or stop her dreams. Through many years of dedicated Taekwon-Do training, her strength, balance, coordination, confidence, and mobility have improved tremendously.

From beginning Taekwon-Do at only four years old to becoming a 2nd-Degree Black Belt and World Champion, Gabby has demonstrated extraordinary courage, discipline, perseverance, and an indomitable spirit.

Her journey reminds us that Taekwon-Do is much more than kicks and punches. It is a powerful tool for physical, mental, and personal development for people of all abilities. Gabby is a shining example who gives hope and inspiration to many children and adults facing challenges.

This courageous four-year-old was born with a degenerative hip joint condition and wears braces and special shoes. Watching his older brother earn a belt inspired him to train and strengthen his body. He is making wonderful progress, and we all truly adore our little warrior.

Taekwon-Do welcomes people of all abilities and helps build strength, confidence, resilience, and an indomitable spirit. ❤️
