💪 Let’s give a big D1 Reston welcome to our newest Coach and Intern, Furkan! He has been a member at D1 for quite some time, and is a collegiate football player at SUNY Courtland in New York! D1 is extremely lucky to have him on our team this summer! He specializes in powerlifting and training aspiring football athletes! Come on in and say hi and get to know Furkan!

Join us this Saturday at D1 Training Reston for our Mini Wellness Fair! We’re excited to partner with Movement-X Physical Therapy and BEEM Light Sauna to bring the community a morning focused on health, recovery, and performance.

Guests will have the chance to win free offerings, merchandise, and exclusive giveaways while learning more about recovery, mobility, and wellness services available in the area. We’ll also be hosting FREE training classes throughout the morning for designated age groups, all open to the public!
