Starting Monday, September 14, our late cancellation + no-show policy will officially go into effect. 🤍

As our community continues to grow and classes begin to fill, we want to make sure every available spot has the opportunity to be used.

⏰ Cancel within 120 minutes of class: $5 fee
🚫 No-show: $10 fee

Our instructors put time, energy, and heart into preparing for every class, and your spot is reserved just for you. When plans change, cancelling as early as possible allows another member the opportunity to move, breathe, and belong with us.

Kate has been with us since opening week, and watching her confidence, strength, and love for fitness grow has been so special. She walked through our doors nervous about trying something new and wondering if she’d be able to keep up… and now she walks in excited, confident, and ready to WORK! 💪🏼

But our favorite part? She found more than a workout. She found friendships, community, confidence, and a place where she feels comfortable showing up exactly as she is.

Today is more than just a long weekend. Labor Day is a day to recognize and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers who help keep our communities moving forward. 💪🏼

We hope you take some time today to slow down, rest, recharge, move your body, and enjoy the people you love. 🧘🏼‍♀️☀️

❤️ We are running a LIMITED class schedule today! Be sure to check the schedule and grab your spot if you want to get some movement in.

It’s crazy to think that when we took this picture, we had just 12 hours until we opened the doors of our brand new space to the community.

Months of hard work. Being told no. Being turned away. Taking risks. Laying everything on the line for a dream we believed in so deeply. And in just 12 short hours, we were about to find out what that dream could become.

Fast forward to now… we’re 6 months in. 🥹

And what these six months have given us is more than we ever could have imagined.

The community. The support. The friendships. The laughter. The growth. And the absolute JOY of watching our clients walk through those doors, show up for themselves, and seeing their results unfold right in front of us.

Every hard day, every late night, every worry, every risk… it has been worth it.

From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot say thank you enough to every single person who believed in us, walked through our doors, shared our name, brought a friend, encouraged us, and continues to support this dream.

The friendships we’ve gained throughout this journey are like no other. This isn’t just a studio anymore.

It’s our tribe. It’s our village. It’s our community. 🤍

And we will do whatever it takes to protect it, grow it, and make sure Awake & Align continues to be a place where you feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and loved.

Here’s to the first 6 months and everything still ahead of us. 🥂
