I got out today with my 6 month old pup Diamond. Only her third time on birds. She was solid and had no reaction twice now to gunfire. We had one wild flush on a pair of Huns from 80 yards out. I guess they are pairing up already.

We got out today for some fun in the sun. We found 2 coveys of Huns, but no shots were taken. On the way back to the truck Ms. B went on point 210 yards out. Winston and I went over and he locked up too. I realized it had to be quail. At the flush I took my first bird and missed the second bird. We worked up the canyon and Ms. B locked up again. I took a nice c**k bird on the flush. That ended our hunt.

Got out with my nephew and neice for a hunt yesterday. It was windy and overcast. Miss B had 3 finds. I got one bird. Kevin's dig Gunner had 4 finds and no birds were taken.

Got out today with Jim Stevens for a quick hunt. Ms. B had 2 finds and I shot one bird.
