Our monthly staff meeting focused on concussion awareness and skill development!

We trained our coaches to recognize the signs and symptoms of a concussion so they can help keep our athletes safe and respond appropriately if a head injury is suspected. Athlete safety is always a top priority!

We also spent time developing our coaching skills by working on round-offs, cartwheels, and back hip circles. We’re committed to continually learning, growing, and improving so we can provide the best possible experience for our athletes 🤸
