The WYFL Player Registration and Verification Portal is now live for the 2026 season. Please distribute the appropriate registration link and the information below to your teams as soon as possible.
Existing Players
For players who participated in the WYFL during the 2025 season:

Fee: $5 per player, plus a minimal processing fee
New Players
For players who are new to the WYFL:

Fee: $10 per player, plus a minimal processing fee

Required Documentation
Each player must submit:
Proof of age: Birth certificate, passport, or state-issued ID
Headshot: A clear, front-facing photo with no hats or sunglasses
Player identification: The player’s full name must be entered and clearly associated with their headshot so WYFL can correctly match each photo to the appropriate player
Grade verification: A school-issued ID showing the player’s photo and grade; a class schedule showing their name, photo, and grade; or an official report card showing their photo and grade. (Essentially anything that attaches their name to their photo and for 14U players we will need to confirm they are not current high school freshman)
Families will also be asked to review and sign:

All documentation will be processed securely through DocuSign, a trusted platform for handling sensitive information.
