When it comes to results, consistency is the number one thing that matters.
The toughest workout, the most special exercise, the perfectly balanced macros, none of it creates change if it’s done here and there. Showing up consistently is what lets you capitalize on the effort you’re putting in.
That’s why we spotlight consistency at Pink Llama with our Committed Crew. Hit 12+ classes in a month and you’ve earned your spot, plus the coveted Committed Crew sticker. A unique design for each month, only available that month.
We just wrapped our first full year of the Committed Crew, and we’re kicking off year two with one of our best designs yet.
I was talking with my 4 year old recently about the Tortoise and the Hare, and it hit me how perfectly that story sums up the two paths people take in fitness. Some chase quick change, sprinting ahead and then taking a nap (aka burning out). Others move forward step by step. No dramatic 30 day transformation, no overhauling their entire life to become a “fitness person.” Just steady progress.
We all know how the story ends.
The good news? There’s no finish line. The path keeps going. If you’ve been sprinting and napping, you can start today with slow and steady, showing up for yourself in a way that actually fits your life.
If part of that is showing up to class at Pink Llama, you’ll earn a fun little badge each month to prove you’re doing it.
