It seeks to develop individuals of strong body and mind, and its members must maintain a high standard of martial arts expertise and strong moral character. Karate is not only great exercise, but also an excellent way for you to learn self-defense, build endurance, improve concentration and increase your self-confidence. At Adirondack Seido Karate our goal is for every student to become a stronger

more desciplined person. We are affiliated with the World Seido Karate Organization, which has dojos all across the U.S.
