Welcome to Blueprint Sports Academy


I’d like to introduce myself and our organization, Blueprint Sports. My name is John Franklin and I am a co-founder of this organization. have been coaching AAU & High School basketball for over 15yrs now. I have dedicated my life to helping young athletes improve their basketball skills, as well as coaching

them. I have worked with players at the NBA and Collegiate levels
I’ve tried to succeed in teaching players the game of basketball, while also encouraging them to make great decisions off the court as well. Helping individuals reach their goals
is something that’s very important to our program. I have become very involved in youth with the Reno and Nor Cal area over the years. I have also helped just about every organization in this town in some way or another. Blueprint Sports was created in hopes to provide you with the best combination of core strength and conditioning, along with very fundamental skill development that we believe is second to none. Team Blueprint plans to travel to quality tournaments, which will allow major college recruiters to notice our players, we would like provide a platform where these players definitely get noticed for their ability. Exposure is very important for Team Blueprint and its players. Forming a family bond is also important to this program as well. Team Blueprint will strive to provide you with a travel team that is both beneficial and life rewarding, and an
experience that we will all share as a team, and remember for a lifetime. This program is all about performing to the best of your ability, which will lead us to become successful as a team. I would like to thank you for coming aboard the Team Blueprint family and remind you
to keep all lines of communication open to anyone in this program. We as a program need to feel comfortable with each other as parents and players and all program directors. Thank you again and we are all looking forward to a great future together. John Franklin
