DEKA FIT recap from this weekend 🏁

The boys came out and threw down strong start across the early stations, smart pacing through the middle grind, and a hard push to the finish. Every zone demanded work, and they stayed in it from start to finish.

All the effort paid off with a 3rd place finish on the podium 🥉

Proud of the ex*****on, the composure under fatigue, and the way they kept moving when it got ugly. That’s DEKA.
