INNOVATIVE We not only asked women what they wanted, we listened. As a team of women designing gear for other skilled women skiers and riders, we know what it feels like to aspire to improve, to hunger for the long lasting confidence and accomplishment that can only come from the mountain. We hold a deep belief that women aren't at a disadvantage when it comes to skiing and r

iding. PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN Our skis and boards amplify the skills and strengths of women. They aren't short and soft. They aren't watered down versions of a man's. Unlike some traditional ski companies, we recognize that women's skis must be built for nothing but performance, and that a community of enlightenment, sustainability, and solidarity is a key ingredient that has been missing in the industry. RESPONSIBLE We build the gear and the communities that unleash skills and expand opportunities. Coalition will donate 1% of all sales to projects and organizations that use the outdoors as a tool to empower women and build confidence.

What is it worth to be surrounded by the most incredible human beings on this planet?

Most of the time when we consider what makes a business successful, it’s what their P&L looks like.

But trust me, when you’re thinking about your very last moments on this planet, you don’t think about your financials, you think about the people in your life.

One of my greatest joys has been working with Coalition’s Athlete and Ambassador Team. These people aren’t content creators. They don’t sling a bunch of s**t with affiliate links. They’re just the greatest friends a girl could ever have.

I’m so grateful for these relationships that I know will continue long after Coalition stops pressing skis and snowboards.

It’s always been about the community, about people feeling seen and heard in a part of something really special. I’m so proud of all these humans and everything we did together.
