Ok gang this Saturday August 29th at 8 am is the first kickboxing class at 360 martial arts at 8745 Technology Way ..this is a matted floor so no shoes ..bring a mask and hand weights if you have them ....$15 a class you can Venmo Linda Bucciachio ahead of time to save your spot .
