RDGA COURSE IDEA SURVEY
Add your idea / project / fix it, big or small, crazy or simple.

We'll sort the list and vote on it. Try to do this once a year in the spring, but doing it now for the new RDGA board which needs your help.

Use the form, 1 idea per entry, as many times as you want.

Create a new survey on your own or with others at the same time. Choose from a variety of survey types and analyze results in Google Forms. Free from Google.

RDGA local tourney fees and payouts for 2017

All players must be members with 2017 tag ($15 for tag)

PRO $15 : 10 to cash payout, 5 to club
AM $10 : 5 to prize/cash payout, 5 to club
REC $5 * : limited prizes, 5 to club
* A new REC player only has to buy a tag $15
WOMEN : play in any division, $5 cheaper (no $5 club fee)
will make separate division if you want
JR $5 * : 14 and under, must play with parent,
prize by TD
* A new JR player only has to buy a tag $15

RDGA 2016 Treasurer's Statement

Eric here. I want to be really open, because people seem to be very awkward about money, like they'll guess or ask others, but afraid or unsure about asking me. Don't guess, ask me. I was treasurer 2 years and now president, so I know. Get the straight facts. Dave Chapman and I are the only people with access to the bank if you're worried about someone running off to mexico.I shared the accounting last year in our spring meeting, and will again this year if you want more details. Numbers go to the RDGA board for review (the people you elected).

Under my leadership, I like a very safe balance so we can buy fundraising items in advance (no one spends own money to be reimbursed), no risk of bounced checks or unpaid bills, emergency fund for mowing ranch or stolen baskets, sweet sale fund like if we see super cheap benches and have to buy now, plus a growing savings for special development projects.

Just ran the RDGA books for 2016 and getting ready to file our tax status form. Weeee...
