Shout-out to Isaac and Deana for leveling up their CrossFit training certifications. Isaac completed his Level 1 and Deana has passed her Level 2 cert. Congrats!

The CrossFit Level 1 seminar isn’t just for people wanting to coach CrossFit. It teaches the CrossFit Methodology which is the blueprint on how to live a long and healthy life. I highly encourage anyone to take this course! It will only improve your life.

The CrossFit Level 2 is a deep dive into coaching. You receive feedback in real time on your coaching ability and techniques to improve. This is for anyone with coaching experience that wants to seriously level up.

Huge shout-out to Brock and Dani for competing in the CrossFit Games Semifinals competitions! To get to this level, you must place in the top few hundred IN THE WORLD from the Quarterfinals. Their dedication to fitness over decades has earned them this opportunity to compete with the fittest on Earth! Brock went to San Diego to complete in person and Dani did the online semifinals. To have more than one person compete in semifinals from a single gym means that Bangarang is doing something right! Good job Brock and Dani! WE ARE PROUD OF YOU!

Shout-out to our members who ran the RTO this year! It is amazing what crossFit allows our bodies to do! The RTO is a relay race that starts and ends in Reno and goes around Lake Tahoe. There are 12 people on a team and each person runs 3 legs of race.

Who wants to run the RTO in 2027? Bangarang has secured a team for next year’s sold out race. If you are interested in participating, reach out to Team Captain Elyse Elyse Charleson!
