ietary performance tracking software that, if the rider chooses, displays real-time stats on 2 large, flat screen TV's -the PEDAL BOARD- stoking riders' inner drive and competitiveness. Each rider's individual stats will be emailed to them after class and stored to their personal account, enabling riders to monitor their fitness progress. Our studio has an amazing PEDAL ROOM , full locker rooms that include showers with towels, a kids room, and is conveniently located. The FULL PEDAL workout is tailored to all fitness levels and experience levels, low impact and one of the most effective calorie burning, FUN, full-body workouts ever! Our community is like no other! A world-traveling linguist, frequently commuting between Italy and the States in search of good conversations, better views, and exceptional food. He is most at home on a mountain trail, a Tahoe beach, or anywhere the sun is shining. His playlists are as passport-stamped as his travels—jumping from funk-pop grooves to Italian classics and Brazilian rhythms without missing a beat!
