Fins, fins, fins! ⬇️
🐟Fins help perpetuate a good kick.
🐟The aid in propulsion gives swimmers extra confidence – this is why fins are wonderful for beginners!
🐟Fins use increases ankle flexibility. Increased ankle extension = increased propulsion = increased efficiency.
🐟 Kicking with fins is also like lifting weights: the added resistance of the
water on the blade of the fin increases the workload on the leg muscles. Stronger muscles move more water making you swim faster!
