Note where it says "Nevada law strictly prohibits discharging shotguns, air rifles, BB guns or similar weapons within 1,000 feet of any dwelling, and 5,000 feet for pistols, rifles or other fi****ms. Additionally, these actions cannot occur within any congested areas, roads, trails or federal and state highways."

If someone is on a "trail," it's now congested. Use extreme caution. We are seeing people almost weekly that have been cited and are seeking a class to present to the courts to prove they've been educated. As much as I love the business, I hate this has to happen to.

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is warning - again - about increased illegal target shooting near Golden Eagle Regional Park.
