We’re turning our backyard into a community celebration with live music, food trucks, inflatable attractions, family fun, giveaways, special guests, and MORE! 🎶

As we celebrate 10 incredible years, we’ll also be officially introducing the next chapter for our facility and our community. We can’t wait to share what’s ahead!

Bring the family, invite your neighbors, and come celebrate 10 years of memories while helping us kick off the next chapter together.

NEW CLASSES IN SEPTEMBER! CHECK IT OUT ⬇️

TWO AQUA CLASSES!!! Coming to you this September! Try and join both instructors this month for a great aqua workout.

Aqua Fitness with Allison- Tuesdays at 12:00 PM
A fun, upbeat, low-impact water workout focused on cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance, all set to motivating music! The water provides resistance while keeping the workout easy on your joints.

Aqua Fit with Tracey -Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:00 PM
Get ready for a total-body, instructor-led water aerobics workout! Tracey combines cardio, strength and balance exercises and may incorporate water dumbbells, kickboards, noodles and other aquatic equipment. No advanced swimming skills needed!

NEW! Chair One Fitness with Allison on Fridays at 3:30 PM!
Fitness can be fun AND accessible! Chair One Fitness is an inclusive, music-driven seated workout combining cardio, strength, mobility and dance-inspired movement. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are offered throughout. Come move to the music and give our newest class a try!
