Report from Fri-Sun!!
My buddy Joey Ybarra with came up to visit and hopefully load up on crappie fillets, well we did just that !!!
We made 3 great morning hauls with 50 each day, not many pics were taken but some dang sure good times and memories were made, I am beginning to think I may be able to convert this Old Salt into a crappie fisherman after all!!
All fish were caught in less than 12FOW and all on CTT jigs.
If your interested in a sure enough good time in the Galveston Bay Complex give him a shout, he is very versatile on specific species such as Trout, Slot Reds, Bull red, Sheepshead, even Sharks !!!
Oh and THATS NOT MY CATFISH!!!!!
He even got to tag along for the removal of the MAD HOG from a trap lol.

Ya know, there’s just not many jig makers in this world that enjoy helping others jig makers out, but when you come across someone that is just starting out and is showing great capabilities like James Elliott with , it just pulls on ya and makes you want to see them succeed beyond expectations!!
With that being said, I have loaned molds, gave molds, and shared many of my CTT secrets with James in hopes that he can be successful as I was at one time!!
