Thank you so much for supporting the 5th year of this event. Without your support, we would not be able to hold the run/walk.

Truth be told, the weather is horrible today. Our event is a rain or shine event and does not have an alternate rain date. We completely understand if you may not want to venture out for a run today. However the folks that are planning to give it a Go, Pretzel City is still scheduled to be on site to provide the timing and the Fire Police will be along 897 for traffic control.

For the folks that may not want to run today, we will still have your goodie bags and shirts ready for pick up. We will be at The Station (11 West Main St Reinholds 17569) from 1-3:30pm. Stop in to grab your stuff, there is still the free beer option if you would like to wet your whistle. The beer will be on tap downstairs in the bar area.

For registration this year, we will have a table set up outside like we always do however we will actually be up the stairs towards the patio area and located inside the building to hand out the bags, shirts, and bibs for the folks who want to venture out.

Due to the weather, there will not be a water stop this year. We will have water available at the start. Feel free to take a bottle with you, have one before the run, or have one after the run. If you are not running, you can still have some water (or a free beer).

Two more items we should share, if there is lightening, we will not be able to release the runners and will need to cancel due to safety. Also, there is a stream located along Galen Hall Rd. Sometimes heavy rains can cause this stream to flood and cover the road. If flooding occurs, we will also not be able to release the runners and will need to cancel due to safety.
