Long post warning!!!!
Decided to get healthy from the inside out. I was mainly focusing on my looks..I wanted that old body back... that beach body. After having surgery 10 years ago for endometriosis it left me without a key stomach muscle and fibromyalgia symptoms. I had to come to grips that without another surgery my belly will never be flat again. So get my deficiency under control. Vitamin D deficient Iron deficient... pain in my body and not able to do a lot after headaches set in. My friend Melissa Howie introduced me to this Zeal!
The first time I drank it my headache slowly disappeared in the same hour. As I consumed this drink for the weeks to come I noticed more energy and my thought process became a little more keen. My short term memory began to get better. (results of a concussion)
I feel better then I have in a long time. But the kicker is Bloodwork came back EXCELLENT! It's always good when the doctor can agree that you are on the right track!!
