I just got an update from Mark the building owner. Today, when they demolished the Reidsville Grocery building part of it landed on our building and damaged even more than before. Luckily nothing other than the building was damaged. Cross fit is currently being moved to the other side of our space so the building can be repaired. Please continue to enter through the door beside crave. Please avoid the wall closet to Hall St and the cross fit equipment. He also mentioned that it is extra dusty so absolutely no shoes, socks, or dirty feet on the mat.
If you see Victoria or Tyler please tell them thank you for looking out for us and our space. We will see you all Wednesday!

If it’s not one thing, it’s another! Saturday (7/12), just before our adult class the old Reidsville grocery building started falling down. As of right now, we will still have class tomorrow but parking and entering the building will have to change. Here is a video to show you the changes we have to make. Hopefully, this is temporary. We should find out more tomorrow. Please Please Please check back here or on band before you go to the gym for class. If you have any questions or concerns please send me a message. We love you all and appreciate your support.

These 16 ladies are ready!!! They learned how to protect themselves and had a great time. We currently have raised $545 for March of Dimes! We are still taking donations until Monday. Thank you everyone for your support!

Class update for Wednesday 1/28. As of right now we will NOT have classes on Wednesday. Bryan just went to check out the roads around the gym. The city has not gotten a chance to clear Hall Street. It is covered in snow and ice. I will double check again tomorrow to be sure, but it’s not safe right now.
** When we do get to have classes again, if you don’t feel comfortable driving, please don’t stress over coming to the gym. Safety first!**

Our competitors did amazing today! 2 gold, 1 silver and a whole lot of fun!! Plus Sarah got promoted to blue belt on the podium!
