These 16 ladies are ready!!! They learned how to protect themselves and had a great time. We currently have raised $545 for March of Dimes! We are still taking donations until Monday. Thank you everyone for your support!

Class update for Wednesday 1/28. As of right now we will NOT have classes on Wednesday. Bryan just went to check out the roads around the gym. The city has not gotten a chance to clear Hall Street. It is covered in snow and ice. I will double check again tomorrow to be sure, but it’s not safe right now.
** When we do get to have classes again, if you don’t feel comfortable driving, please don’t stress over coming to the gym. Safety first!**

Our competitors did amazing today! 2 gold, 1 silver and a whole lot of fun!! Plus Sarah got promoted to blue belt on the podium!

That’s a wrap! Tonight was our last night of classes at Family Fitness! Chloe started karate here when she was five. We took over a few years later. Now she is almost 15 and helping teach the kids. Lots of memories and good times! Come check us out at The Depot on Wednesday!
