We're not your typical horse farm. Our farm is home to three things we care deeply about: horses, people, and second chances. On any given day, you'll find us training our event horses, providing equine-facilitated psychotherapy for children and adults, caring for rescued horses and other animals, running summer camps, or simply enjoying the quiet beauty of the farm. Everything we do is rooted in kindness, respect, and a genuine love for both people and animals.
This isn't a high-pressure boarding barn. It's a peaceful place where horses are loved, clients come to heal, and our team works together to build something meaningful.

• Enjoys organizing and naturally creates order out of chaos.
• Is a self-starter who doesn't need constant direction or reminders.
• Has extensive horse experience and the common sense that comes with it.
• Can recognize when something isn't right with a horse and knows when to act.
• Treats every horse with kindness, patience, and respect. Our rescue horses aren't tools—they're individuals with stories, and they deserve compassionate care.
• Understands that this is also a mental health practice and respects our clients' privacy and confidentiality.
• Is dependable, hardworking, and takes genuine pride in doing things well the first time.
• Is excited by the vision of what we're building and wants to grow with the farm as we continue expanding.
