Every day I walk into this studio, I’m reminded that Pilates was never just movement.

It’s showing up exactly as you are and leaving stronger in ways that have nothing to do with spring tension.

What started as a dream has become a space filled with incredible humans, friendships, growth, laughter, vulnerability, and community.

And none of it happens alone.

So much gratitude to my clients who continue to trust me with their movement, their time, and their stories every single day. You are the heartbeat of this studio.

And endless gratitude to Viktor Uygan for changing the way I see movement, teaching, and possibility. The Konnector has brought a depth to my practice and studio that’s hard to put into words — but the real magic has always been the human connection it creates.
