Texas High School Rodeo Finals

This was Alli’s first year in HS Rodeo Reined Cow Horse. She was all kinds of nervous. She and Reyna made a nice run in Round 1 taking 9th place. In round 2 they cleaned it up and made a powerful run on a spicy cow pulling 3rd place. This put them in 6th place going into the Short Go. They made a clean run both reining and cow taking 4th in the go and earning 4th in the average! This was enough for them to qualify for the National Finals HS Rodeo in Lincoln Nebraska!!

Stock Horse of Texas show at The Gathering in Guthrie, OK

When we started the ranch horse journey with our Alli, we never saw this building as it has!

We had 4 riders with 5 horses chasing All Arounds… all 5 horse rider teams hit Top Ten!!!

We did some major studies into metabolic balance, use of forage and our fantastic feed (Alfa Force) and more supplements didn’t make much sense. So we dropped everything and added Core Complete instead. A complete approach to nutrition, in a pelleted form that supports our performance horses from the inside out!! The steady minds and return of that show shine are the proof! Watch out for those Allstars in the coming shows, they look awesome!

NRCHA Celebration of Champions

A first for Alli & Reyna

They rode in both Youth Cow Horse & Boxing

Youth Cow Horse was a clean reining run and a great start on the cow, they fell a little behind in the 2 nd turn and just didn’t finish as well as hoped. Knowing this is a Young team, we are super proud of them for giving it their all. They ended up middle of the pack, but placed 5th in the 13 & under!

Youth Boxing was by and far a better reining and cow run, they were 1.5 points from the finals. With some polishing they will be there in no time! 20th in the prelims finishing 12th in the 13 & under!

The coolest part was watching Alli watch the pros ride with big hopes and dreams! Abi got to meet Dualin Blu Moon, her mare AC will foal with his c**t in April!
