Fliptastic Gymnastics

Fliptastic Gymnastics Gymnastics, Tumbling, and Cheerleading! We are a small gym in Refugio Texas offerring Gymnastics, Tumbling, and Cheerleading classes for ages 3 and up.

Classes are limited to provide personal attention. Competitive and show Cheer Squads perform at local events. Coaches are USAG safety trained. Come check out our TumbleTrak trampoline! Fliptastic Gymnastics is FLIP-N-FUN!

I’d like to formally let everyone know that the gym will be taking a break for 6 months after the April Cheer Competition. Cheerleading and tumbling is a passion and we take it seriously!! Their accomplishments are their own but we (Coach Lacy, Brenda, Ashley and Gaby) take great pride in everything these kiddos do! We plan to continue to be there to cheer them on and have a front row seat to their success! 👏💕
The grand plan is to also have this time to work on a larger venue for our athletes.
There will be a boutique at the gym space starting May 1st!!!! 👏 I encourage you to visit Mrs. Carrie Harmon at her shop in our old gym. Hopefully she’ll have even more success than we have had so far!! We hope her boutique sticks around in our beloved second home for a long, long time as we find a bigger space to grow!!

Finally, the gym has always kept the costs as low as possible so that everyone has the chance to be involved in something that can build incredible confidence, strength and agility! Our little athletes are important to us and we don’t want them to lose any skills in the meantime. So, we encourage y’all to continue tumbling in the interim and we will see y’all soon!🥰

Fliptastic took home the works at their competition in Houston this weekend!! They crushed it!!
Teams Sparks and Heat have worked their little tails off and we are ecstatic with their performances and progress!
Flames and Blaze were a joy to watch and impressed us with their drive, determination, hard work and commitment! It definitely paid off, girls!!

🔥Team Sparks learned a new pyramid and killed it!! Plus, they are doing their entire routine without floor markers! 👏

🔥Team Heat showed off the skills they’ve been working so hard for and we are super pumped! Stay tuned!! They’ll be flipping all over that mat before we know it!!🤸‍♀️

🔥Team Flames finished the day with first place and their scores earned them championship rings and a banner! They learned a new pyramid as well and hit everything with no deductions!!👏

🔥Team Blaze finished the day with first place, championship rings and a banner too!! They learned a new pyramid as well and hit every build on the floor! Their jump timing has improved by leaps and bounds… but those builds though!😍
